The Junior OLY Basketball Program can only be as good as the coaches that coach the teams. If you are interested in helping coach please fill out the application below and a member of our team will reach out to you about an interview.
NOTE: All coaches will undergo a background check.
NOTE: All coaches will be asked to come to a "coaches clinic" lead by the Sprague High School coaching staff.
What does the Jr. OLY Youth Basketball Program look for in coaches?
1. Great Role Models
* Jr. OLY Basketball coaches should be great role models for our young athletes involved in the program.
2. Passion for Positive Coaching
* Jr. OLY Basketball coaches should have a passion for positively pushing and coaching out athletes.
3. Passion for Basketball
* Jr. OLY Coaches should have a passion for the game of basketball and should help create that passion in the athletes on their team.
4. Experience with the Game of Basketball
* Jr. OLY Coaches should have some level of playing or coaching experience in the game of basketball.
