Winter Tryouts
The Jr. Oly Youth Basketball program is offering tryouts for tournament divisions (5th-8th grades). Tryouts are for Boys and Girls Teams. Teams will be formed by the head coaches of Sprague High School (Boys and Girls programs) and directors of the Junior Oly Basketball Program.The winter season typically lasts from November - March and will consist of: tournaments, team practices.

Note: two dates/times per grade level. Athletes should attend both tryout sessions for their grade.

7:00 - 8:30 PM = 7th-8th graders

7:00 - 8:30 PM = 7th-8th graders
A $50 non-refundable tryout fee is required at the time of registration for all tournament level athletes. The fee will be applied towards participation fees once teams have been formed.
Recreational Play
The Jr. Oly Youth Basketball program is now offering play for our younger olys (1st-4th grades). The winter season typically is January - February and will consist of: 1 game/week for 8 weeks, team practices, individual and team development.
Scholarships
It is a goal of Jr. Oly Youth Basketball for participation to be accessible to all. Should you need financial assistance, please complete the scholarship application. Amounts granted will depend on availability of funds.
